@John Griffith i contemplated calling this the para-pain-cord lift 😂😂
First horseshoe bend
So i just did more research on the ones i have This is a vintage kerckhaert size 4 on the back is stamped 4L meaning size 4 & would have went on the Left side. Then by the side is a K circled in mean kerckhaert originally manufactured in the Netherlands. Apparently a harder horseshoe to bend. So im definitely happy with this feat. I bought bunch of them at my local antique store. I did not get it on video sadly 😭 I know im sorry. The next time I do one I will. I was inside of my apt. Doing it 🤣 maybe I'll bring one out Sunday when I head out to the park.

Damn, this is sick! I should try it sometime. Although, I’m not entirely sure if I can do it right now. Guess I’ll go find a few 😂💯

@Kyle Glorius Nice man Yeah, the metal bending and card tearing feats have been a bit unfamiliar to me, but they’re hella impressive. I’ll definitely give them a try soon.
Finnish ball hold
Working on a hold with 32 kilo. 5 seconds is my best. Let’s see where I can get.

Solid thumb
Homemade “key pinch” lift
My brother made me this thumb and pointer finger pinch implement for me about a week ago but this is my first time trying it. I’d say it works pretty darn well if I do say so myself. This is 20lb worth of plates on the loading pin/ carabiner. Exited to see how much I’ll be capable of this summer.

Pinch Grip
Ever since I first started grip training I have always used plates to build my strength. One of my favorite challenges is adding loose plates together, pinching them together, and keeping them together through the lift. This has made a massive difference in my grip. Does anyone else do this? I have done it with everything from 2.5s to 45s. I love it. It's especially great for training for time holds as well.

This is sick man. I gotta see how many I can hold. Although mine are oddly shaped and have handles. But I’ll figure it out.
