Welcome, traveler.
The beacon is lit. The gate is open. Welcome to the Garden. If you’re here, it’s probably because you’ve endured a life-altering traumatic experience and everything is spinning out of control. You’re in the right place. I began my journey learning to regulate my emotions and restructure my beliefs over three years ago. I took notes. Thorough notes. Now that I’ve made it this far up the mountain, I’m strong enough to reach a hand back for whoever happens to be there–where I was–and needs the assist. Ideally, you’ll have escaped whatever caused that trauma or gotten as far as you can. You’ll have the appropriate mental health support in place. Think of me as an additional resource, a lighthouse keeper: I have claimed my patch of the collective human unconsciousness, established my own unshakeable foundation, and am ready to share the Sanctuary I have spent years building with others while teaching them how to build their own. What led you here, traveler? My guess, you’ve done the work of healing and now you’re kinda stuck at integrating. All that work… feels like you’ve been prepping for some big test, right? There’s some invisible finish line that you aren’t sure you’ve crossed. You might even be thinking you missed it. You didn’t. You’ve terraformed your own inner landscape. You’re stable. Secure. Safe. The next step is to become unshakable. It all starts with building your Sanctuary (a lighthouse surrounded by a garden, in my case) on a solid foundation. I’d like you to start with one core belief that no one would dare to violate unless they’re willing to stand in direct opposition to God Himself: Do not fck with anyone’s agency; and don’t allow anyone to fck with yours. I love God and the f-word. He knows who I am. Don't @ me, bro. Trauma survivors eventually understand that what the narcissistic attacks aim to destroy is your will. This is why healing begins with restructuring your beliefs starting with that first one. Even IF someone dares to fck with your agency, you will hold your ground and KNOW that they’re wrong.

They Call Her The Ice Queen
When the Queen of Swords enters the chat, emotions evaporate. When triggers threaten your emotional stability, lean on this energy. Hard. They call her the Ice Queen, for good reason. She knows the truth: she is not her emotions. The Ice Queen has the ability to *examine* her emotions and the cause, then *decide* how she's going to respond. She doesn't immediately react; she has far too much self-control for that. But she doesn't control her emotions by suppressing them either. She masters her *mind* where she has all the power and authority; emotions flow naturally from there because that's how the brain works. Elisheva’s Retreat aims to help guide trauma survivors into the Garden via: ✧ Belief Restructuring ✧ Nervous System Regulation ✧ Neuroplasticity Trauma rewires the brain. I've spent the last three years heavily focused on rewiring my brain. I went from crying and shaking uncontrollably when triggered, even with a system pumped full of depression and anxiety meds, to not needing meds at all and being unshakable. My healing journey began on May 31, 2022; my story continued. Now, I'm strong enough to go back into the fire and help others extinguish the flames consuming them. I want that level of security for others. I've got it down to a science, and I created this community on Skool to break ground. Idk what's next, but I'm here for it. And that's everything. Ice Queen (Queen of Swords)
An unsolicited 'You're welcome' is a textbook example of a bid for covert control of an unspoken societal contract. It is 100% okay to respond with, "That's a narcissistic move. I don't want anything further to do with you." When the Queen of Swords enters the chat, emotions evaporate. Lean into that energy. Hard. Shut that shit down immediately and get out of there. Playing mindgames that usurp your agency is malicious. Run. You don't owe them an explanation. If you can't just cut this person off, start planning an escape. I'm not qualified to help in those situations, but there are people who WANT to help you. Look into it. You are worth saving.

Happily Ever After, how ever you define it, is just around the bend. It's all fine and well to have reasonable goals, but when you dream... DREAM BIG. When we have all these 3D physical and 4D time constraints, why on earth would we place those same constraints on our 5D landscape. It's limitless. BELIEVE. Your emotions are regulated; your mind is sharp and clear. How's your faith? Your Spirit? Are you really gonna keep pretending you're some small, insignificant thing? pft This is a time for reflection, yes, but also a time for celebration. You are birthing an entirely new timeline where your dreams are not to be restricted, and you will pursue your goals with ALL the audacity. Get stupid with it. If faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains, imagine what being absolutely delusional about your capabilities can do. "You are the light of the world.
