I know this season can feel heavy.
Maybe you’re waking up already exhausted.
Maybe you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore.
Maybe you’re carrying the mental load for everyone else while quietly wondering, what happened to me?
If that’s you, I want you to know you are seen.
Even on the days you feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or like you’re falling behind… You are still showing up. You’re still caring for the people around you. You’re still doing your best with a body that may feel different from how it used to.
Please remember this: you are not weak, lazy, or broken.
What you’re experiencing is real. The emotional, physical, and mental shifts can be a lot. Be gentle with yourself. Some days, simply getting through the day is enough.
