Reliable Estrogen Labs vs symptoms

How reliable is an estradiol result ? (Had partial hysterectomy-left both ovaries in 2019) So my E lab is 134. Got put on P & T cause they were low & I’ve have horrendous insomnia. I know it’s only been 2 weeks. My biggest reason for seeking HRT was this horrific musculoskeletal pain that keeps me in constant pain, in tears, & debilitated. The P helps me fall asleep but I don’t stay asleep- back up in 2hrs. Not sure T is doing much yet. I wonder if my E is truly 134?? Can’t I just try a tiny amount of E to see if I get ANY relief???

The PCP I reluctantly went to yesterday started with Gabapentin & Lyrica, then off to the neurologist for a muscle biopsy!!!! Hell to the NO!!! I’m literally at the end of my rope!
