Newbie to the Group :)
Hi All!
Happy to have joined! I am 44 and in perimenopause and am on HRT, but it's a roller coaster, especially the gut and insulin resistance piece! Looking forward to learning from all of you, so I can take comfort in knowing I am not alone in my symptoms and feelings. Greatly appreciate the first hand experience from this group so I can anticipate what's to come!
