New Calendar with 0 Events

I'm attempting to create a new planner from an Outlook ICS feed. I create the new planner and connect the Calendar Feed with the ICS link. I check the feed and it says there are events. However, on the calendar feeds tab under the connected calendars, it shows 0 events in range. I can see the events for Aug 2026 in the calendar but the new planner isn't seeing them.

I've tried regenerating the ICS link and deleting/recreating the planner several times.
