Sunday I posted a 2/7 week. Three partials. A missed Monday. Only 2 of 7 days counted.
I could have skipped posting it. Most people do the same thing with their log — they skip logging the bad day, because they don't want to look at it.
But a skipped day isn't a skipped calorie. It's a hole in the data. And you can't fix what you won't look at.
Tracking is to understand, not to judge. The log doesn't grade you. It just shows you what actually happened — so the next move is honest instead of a guess.
Log the ugly day. Close the day when you're done, so it counts. An honest zero beats a fake score.
The app does the math. I make the call.
Be honest — which day do you skip logging, and what's really stopping you?
