The tortoise beats the hare.
The hare goes 100% for a month — treadmill sprints, strict meals, all or nothing. Then life happens and he's gone for six months. The tortoise does 25% every day. Incline walks. Regular meals. Logs the protein. Twelve months later, guess who changed. Most people don't fail because they picked the wrong plan. They fail because they stop. An honest 25% every single day beats a perfect January. The app does the math. I make the call. Same thing every day — that's the whole game. Be honest — which one are you right now: the hare on month two, or the tortoise on day 200?

Tortoise - day 659. 71lbs lost, over 10 inches at my waist lost. And still going!
Eat the treat. On purpose.
Non-negotiable #5 of the EdubFit System: Sanity Treats. Protein first all day. Then carbs and sweets TIMED — around your hunger spikes, around your workouts. Two planned "bad" moments, midday and at dinner. Deprivation is what makes you binge. Cut everything and one bad night wipes out two clean weeks. A treat you PLANNED for? That's not a spiral. That's the system working. Being in shape means I can eat it MORE often, not less. The difference is timing, not willpower. The app does the math. I make the call. Be honest — what meal starts your spiral?

A protein heavy meal lacking in depth and flavor, too boring. If the meal is too boring, I'll want something, anything, to give me some "life" back. I usually have a delicious Quest bar at that point, but I work hard to ensure my meals have depth: seasoning, diced onions, chives, they make a world of difference. I can eat chicken breast for weeks at lunch, each week rotating some delicious variation, roughly all cooked the same, but I need flavor.
MM30 is yours to run now.
MM30. The 30-day strict protocol. 30 days, everything locked in, one job: get the result. It's for exactly two things: 1. Something's on the calendar — wedding, vacation, photos — and you want it in a month. 2. Your routine stalled. You need a hard reset to break the plateau. Here's what it's NOT: it's not how you live. The EdubFit System is the lifestyle — protein-first, lift 3–4 times a week, treat windows on schedule. MM30 is the intervention. You run it for 30 days, you get the result, then you come home to the system. And know this before you start: fast results don't always stick. That's not a flaw — that's the design. You just need to know what you're buying. No more waiting on a start date or a group. Full rules drop in the classroom this week — then the 30 days are yours to run, whenever you say go. Be honest — if you ran one, which is it: something on the calendar, or a plateau that's stuck?

I have ran one, and it works. Ran it for a plateau that was so discouraging, ran it to encourage myself and see what I could accomplish. It set me up for a year of further success. It took me out of plateau, broke through the 200lb mark, and set up 2026 for a year of gains, losses, and drive. It helped me appreciate meal prepping, appreciate whey protein convenience, but most of all, it reminded me that I can do it! It is now my annual holiday reset (every January) because it felt so good at the end of the 30 days that I started the year accomplishing something big. It's hard, it's ridiculously challenging, but you feel so good that you got through it!

☀️ NEW DAILY RITUAL: the Wake and Shake check-in.
The Wake and Shake check-in. 30g protein within 30 minutes of waking. Every morning, drop your shake (or whatever you had) in the comments. Why: it kills the junk-grabbing, makes the rest of your macros easier, and gets you ahead on protein before life gets loud. Starts tomorrow morning. Who's in?
