Woke up naturally 30-min without my alarm. Hit a 30 minute meditation, felt so grateful and present I almost cried. Drove to the gym, without checking my phone, embracing silence. Hit the gym with light ambient music in bg, no social media. Hit multiple PRs, feel strong. Showered, steamed, and shaved, for spencer. the 4 s's. Then most importantly... hit 60 minutes of deep work before checking my phone. My focus was so dialed, I got so much done in that hour. THIS WORKS!
