Doing some deep work right now, and found myself unconsciously checking my phone out of old habit. Immediately, since I'm becoming more sensitive and aware through this program, I felt a shift.
Lower energy, lower focus, and took another 5-10 minutes to get back in the flow of things.
I know right now our group is all men lol but eventually when women join it's important to note:
Both genders are poor at multi-tasking. I've heard before that women are better at multi-tasking but so far theres no biological proof of this, just interesting to think about.
So... practice this: do one thing at a time.
This is essentialism at play. Eating? Just eat. Having a conversation? just do that. Making love? just do that and don't think about anything else. Be. Here. NOW!
