Reflection:
Today was honestly pretty hard. I realized I have a habit of picking up my phone every 5–8 minutes almost unconsciously. It’s like I’m constantly trying to find something to entertain me, scrolling through WhatsApp, iMessages, email, anything.
Most of the time I catch myself, put the phone down, But I’m noticing this loop happens probably every 8–10 minutes.
It’s hella frustrating, but also really good. This process is making me aware of how deep this habit actually runs, and that awareness alone already feels like progress.
