All Mental Projection is a form of Poronography
My hot take…
Just hit my Edenic Morning routine, looking at the gym with a clear mind & dopamine receptors firing at all cylinders… and a download came through:
When it comes to pleasure at least, I would consider mental projection a subtler form of porn. Why?
For all the men in here (and maybe women too)
When you “think about someone in lust” or scroll instagram/youtube to get a hit of dopamine…
It’s bypassing the spiritual plane, and is a mental projection, right?
So if you’re getting off with a thought in your head, you’re still in a world of illusion.
Unless there is a flesh & blood human being in front of you that you’re communing with… it’s pornography.
So be mindful this week of the mind escaping into fantasy, bring it back down to the breath, into your heart, & into the NOW. What do you see, feel, hear and can touch?
This is embodiment.
