Feeling super dialed today. The combination of greyscale and do not disturb mode on my phone cut my screen time down big time. I was able to do all business related tasks during my two 30 min instagram blocks which was great. I am going to get in the habit of only opening instagram on greyscale because i was able to send all my DMs without getting distracted on any reels.
Looking forward to keeping the momentum going
