🏪 CATEGORY = THE GROCERY STORE Ungating
🛒 … (Hey Sellers READ THIS) A lot of new sellers think once they get Approved… they can sell anything. ❌ Wrong. Let me break this down SIMPLE using a grocery store: 🏪 CATEGORY = THE GROCERY STORE Getting ungated in a category (like Grocery)= You now have permission to walk into the store. That’s it. You’re inside… but you can’t just grab anything off the shelves yet. 🛍️ BRAND = THE PRODUCTS INSIDE THE STORE Each brand (like snacks, coffee, etc.)= Individual products sitting on the shelves. 👉 And guess what? Some of those brands are LOCKED. So even though you’re in the store…you STILL need permission to sell certain brands. ☕ REAL EXAMPLE Let’s say you get ungated in Grocery ✅ You go to sell coffee… But a brand like Starbucks is restricted ❌ That means: - You can sell OTHER coffee brands - But NOT that one until you get ungated for it specifically 🚫 COMMON MISTAKE👇 Some New sellers think: “I got ungated in Grocery, I’m good to go!” Then BOOM 💥They try listing a brand-name product… and get blocked.
What is an Amazon SAFE-T Claim?
A SAFE-T Claim (Seller Assurance) is how you get your money back from Amazon when something goes wrong that is NOT your fault. Think of it like:👉 “Amazon, this loss wasn’t on me — reimburse me.” When Do You Use a SAFE-T Claim? You file one when a customer gets refunded but you shouldn’t be the one losing money. Common situations: 1. Customer returns wrong item - You sold a coffee machine - They return a random used item - - 💥👉 You lost your product → file SAFE-T 2. Item comes back damaged by customer - You shipped it brand new - It comes back broken or used👉 Customer caused damage → file SAFE-T 3. 😮‍💨💥Customer says “I didn’t get it” (but you shipped correctly) - Tracking shows delivered - You followed all shipping rules👉 Amazon may refund them → you file SAFE-T to get paid back 4. Amazon refunds customer without return - Customer keeps item AND gets refund👉 That’s when you go get your money back When NOT to File a SAFE-T Claim Don’t waste time filing if: - You shipped the wrong item ❌ - You packed it badly ❌ - Item arrived damaged because of YOU ❌ 👉 In those cases, Amazon won’t reimburse you How to File a SAFE-T Claim (Simple Steps) 1. Go to Amazon Seller Central 2. Click Orders 3. Find the order 4. Look for “File SAFE-T Claim” 5. Upload proof: Photos (very important) Tracking info Explanation of what happened Pro Tip (this is what separates beginners from pros) 👉 ALWAYS take pictures of: - What you sent out - What you received back Because without proof…Amazon will deny your claim fast.

How to FBA box
Go to Seller Central → Inventory → Shipments → Send to Amazon. Amazon’s current workflow is called Send to Amazon. Then do this: 1. Choose the product(s) you want to send in. 2. Pack your units and tell Amazon how many units are in each box. 3. Confirm shipping details. 4. In Step 3: Print box labels, download and print the labels for each box. Amazon says every small parcel box needs its own FBA box ID label. 5. If you use partnered shipping, Amazon may give you the carrier label there too. If you use non-partnered shipping, you print the FBA box label from Amazon and get the shipping label from UPS/FedEx/USPS yourself. 6. Put both labels on the outside of the box and make sure each box has the correct label. What you need on the box: - FBA box label - Carrier shipping label - One unique set per box, not one label for the whole shipment. → Your Optimized Prompt“Explain step by step how to create an Amazon FBA shipping box in Seller Central, including where to click, how to enter box contents, and how to print the FBA box labels and carrier labels.”
