Sycamore tree 🍁FLCπŸ‚
American sycamore (Platanus occidentalis) is a deciduous tree native to the eastern and central United States, known for its distinctive exfoliating bark and big maple-like leaves .It thrives in moist, soils but can tolerate a range of conditions. It gets 75–90 feet tall and lives 200-400 years. Like maple, it can be tapped for sap to make syrup. The seeds are non-toxic to humans but I haven't tried eating any yet. There's some traditional medicinal uses for sycamore but I'm not informed on those. Cool tree! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸŒ³
