Hey Eco-Punks! Ready to get your hands dirty (in the best possible way)? πΎ
TOMORROW, November 1st, weβre kicking off the βSeeds & Spores Challengeβ - a month-long, hands-on adventure inspired by our new course βSeeds & Sporesβ (located under the "classroom" tab)
I'll be on for a live video chat tomorrow evening (located under the "calendar" tab)
YOUR MISSION:
π Choose ONE project to dive into this month - and share your progress with the group as you go!
You can pick from:
1. Foraging & Saving Seeds: Harvest and save wild seeds for future planting. Learn to recognize, collect, and store them like a pro. Share photos in the group of what you forage and how you are storing them.
2. Indoor Micro-Garden: Grow your own food from seed indoors with sprouts or microgreens! Try sprouting seeds in a jar or growing microgreens on your windowsill. Share progress pictures in the group of your seeds sprouting and how you are using them.
3. Crafting with Seeds: Get creative with nature - make spore print art, a seed mosaic, or a shadowbox seed collection. Share photos in the group of your work-in-progress - not just the finished piece.
πΈ Share your progress pictures in the group each week - show off your finds, your sprouts, your art, your experiments!
This isnβt about perfection - itβs about connection. Every post inspires someone else to try, learn, and look closer at the natural world.
By the end of the month, youβll have something beautiful, edible, or useful - and a deeper appreciation for the tiny powerhouses that make life possible.
Letβs fill November with curiosity, creativity, and community.
