Hey legends, checking in for the week! Weighed in at 79.00 kg this morning which is a new high for this lean bulk. Feeling really good about the muscle size gain on this bulk. Going to continue pushing for about 6 more weeks until I get back from an overseas trip and then I will begin my weight loss phase! 💪🏼🔥 How’s Everyone else going with their goals? Good morning legends! Checking in for the beginning of the week, weighed in at 77.4kg which is another 200g up on last week. Super happy with the progression so far. Going to aim for roughly 78kg by the end of Jan and 79kg by the end of Feb 🙏🏼 Hope you’re all crushing it, I’d love to hear from you all 💪🏼

It’s that time of the week again 🤝🏼 Weighed in at 77.2kg this morning which is about 300g up from last week. Cruising along nicely on this bulk. Pretty keen to see what the next 12 weeks brings How is everyone else going towards the end of 2024? 🤔
