A little connection and compassion

I had this interesting experience at the park the other day with my kids. We just arrived right when another family did and the mom approached me and said she recognized me from the store last week. We were in the elevator and I gave them some information about the store providing childcare while you shop. She shared at the park how she was very grateful that someone spoke to them kindly and connected as they just moved here to Germany and were a little overwhelmed. We had a lot of great conversations that day, our kids played, we shared snacks and a little community. It was a nice afternoon that continued with my husband and our neighbors and their kids playing.

You could be anywhere and offer a genuine smile, a kind gesture. You never know the ripple effect it could have. Have a wonderful weekend beautiful people ❤️
