Turn your Social Media into your Marketing Dept
1.Pick your win (stop “learning marketing”, start learning for a result)
Principle: You do not need “marketing knowledge”, you need a clear win condition you can prove in the real world.
Strategy: Choose one narrow outcome you want to create for a specific type of customer, then let every lesson serve that outcome.
Why it works: Marketing is too big. A tight goal turns chaos into a path. It also makes your work easy to judge, because you can see if it worked.
Example: “Help local med spas get 10 more consult requests per month from Instagram” is a win. “Learn growth marketing” is not.
Common mistake: Picking a goal that is too broad, or picking a goal with no way to measure it.
Prompt:
Act as a marketing mentor. Ask me 5 questions to define a narrow marketing win condition (audience, offer, channel, metric, timeline). Then propose 3 win conditions that are specific, measurable, and realistic for a beginner.
Do this now: Pick 1 win condition and write it in one sentence.
