Here are allll the lil details of our activation:

This activation has 5 live calls + daily rising and evening meditations + daily journal prompts + dream girl missions.

Sunday (2/1): 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

Wednesday (2/4): 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Sunday (2/8): 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

✨ Rising + evening meditations can be found in the "Dream Girl Activation" course. The invitation is to do these everyday. This is where devotion meets practice and we get to shift our reality through the commitment of shifting our resonance. Week 1: Do Rising Meditation 1 + Evening Meditation 1. Week 2: Do Rising Meditation 2 + Evening Meditation 2.

✨ WEEK 1 DREAM GIRL MISSION: Following the desire exercise Alaya led us through on call 1, design your Dream Girl date that fulfills the core desire in the most easeful and enchanting way you can. Take yourself on this date (whether is brings you downtown or to a picnic blanket in your backyard) by Saturday 2/7. Make a post about it under "Activation." We wanna see pics!

✨ WEEK 2 DREAM GIRL MISSION: Artist date!! Set aside 1 hour (at least) to begin creating something your inner dream girl is desiring to create. It could be a painting, pottery, a dance, a delicious meal, etc.. During this hour, allow yourself to create with the enchantment of your Dream Girl and the innocence and play of your inner child. Allow it to be pleasurable and fun! Focus on how you're creating more than what you are creating. Make a post after and share your experience with us!
