I am CKD 3B PATIENT

I would like to share my medical history with you. In July 2018, I started experiencing severe sweating, after which I consulted a doctor. At that time, my blood pressure was 180/120. The doctor referred me to PGI Lucknow, where I consulted Dr. R. K. Sharma, a nephrologist (HOD). At that time, my creatinine was 2.17, and it is important to note that I was born with a single kidney. Dr. R.K Sharma started my treatment from 2018, and since then, I have been under his care at Medanta. In my latest report, I am in CKD Stage 3B, and my proteinuria is significantly high. Kindly review my report and advise how I can improve my treatment so that my eGFR increases and my creatinine levels reduce. Thank you.
