What are your Summit takeaways?

WOW. What a day we had!

Thank you to all who showed up, engaged, and asked good questions today! And the Ohio Dragon Dream Team's roller coaster impression was one of my favorite moments too. High fives ladies, you rocked it!

I'd love to know your biggest takeaways from today's sessions. I personally loved seeing the connections being made and the conversations taking place... and the validation that came out of those. SO many of you are doing so much RIGHT.

I also loved Jim's Keynote and hearing about his philosophies and approaches to coaching. In the middle of my own documentation project, his words were especially apropos for that effort, and inspired me to make it even more impactful.
