Does your dragon boat team have official drummer requirements? If so, what are they?

I was curious what everyone’s favorite race venues have been? What did you like best about it? Was it the location, viewing areas, the vibe of the place?

I find that steering barefoot gives me more gripping capabilities for increased stability. However, after a longer practice (75 to 90 min) my feet start to hurt. Any suggestions on steer shoes that still provide foot grip?
