Back after a 2 week pity party because the scale wasn’t doing ANYTHING. I felt like I was really watching, and started going to the gym and then to not be seeing any results - I was frustrated.
But if I’m being honest, tracking my calories is still a work in progress, and I definitely don’t consistently get enough steps in. Thankfully, the things I’ve learned here were still being applied, even though I wasn’t posting about it. And finally, the scale has started to move some!
This isn’t a diet or a quick fix. This is about a lifestyle change and that will take some time, and more importantly, I have to be willing to do the things necessary to see a change. So, here’s to a new month, a better attitude and a community of accountability. 🥂
