If one thing I gained from DMA that is changing my life currently… it’s JOURNALING.
Before DMA, journaling was so hard for me. I would overthink more. I didn’t see the point. Why write it down if nothing will change? I didn’t realize that this was actually what was slowing me down.. increasing my overthinking
Understanding what journaling is and what it actually does… that awareness itself, alongside practicing it, is what changed everything
Don’t organize. Don’t think about it. Just releaaaase

Just put whatever is in your mind on that paper. Any thought, any feeling, anything. Free your mind.
The mind is for processing, not storing. Too many open loops = slower mind. Like too many tabs on a PC
Journaling helps you close those loops. You write it down, you release it, you create space
Since I started, wallahi I feel lighter. Less overthinking alhamduliAllah
If journaling feels hard, keep going. Write everything. Even “I don’t know how to journal.” Just release
