Anybody have any experience with EliTech -LMG 10-W or 10Plus gauges? Worth getting? Thxs

We are near Colonial Beach, VA and have a 1282 sq ft manufactured home that has a 550 sq ft open area. In the open area it has a 9ft high vaulted ceiling. There are two 14"x5" rectangular runs of 45-50 feet in length. There are 12 floor vents. 5 of those floor vents are in the 550 sq ft open area. In the link below is what we are considering. I’ll be replacing my 3.5 ton Goodman soon. How do you determine if the lines need to be replaced? I’m on a concrete slab, so not sure how they are run.

Hi, I have an old R22 AC that runs fine when I top off the Freon. But has a very small leak on the evaporator coil u-tubes at the coil end. The fill up lasts about 3 months under load. I’m in the North East and won’t be using it until May 2027 at the earliest. At rest the system currently has about 90 psi of internal pressure. Compressor doesn’t kick in due to low pressure. Last year I tried a leak sealer and Freon fill, lasted a little longer, but maybe more u-tubes leaking. Question 1. a new coil is available, should I replace it or pull out the current one and braze the u-tube leaks? I would be doing the work. Thanks

I installed a Micro-Air Soft Starter about 3 years ago. All was fine until recently I noticed through the app (thank goodness I checked it once in a while) that I had several "faults." I saw dielectric fluid through the clear plastic cover all inside, and the bottom of the capacitors were browned. Micro-Air said it was on it's last leg (Daa). However, I also noticed my dual run capacitor was fried!! The wire from the contractor to the common was melted, and I noticed the common post was lose and leaking fluid. Now, what I am trying to find out is what caused what? Has anyone experienced this or know what happened? I've done some research online and have yet get a clear cut answer. Any feedback would be much appreciated. I sense installed a new Cap and a new Nu-Calgon Nu-Start soft starter. Thanks!!
