I really felt discouraged when I started wholesaling about 4-5 years ago from 2021 to now and seen that the industry was plagued with "Black Hatters" or AKA bad wholesalers of real estate and course giving GURUS who charged too much. So I decided it was a time for me to apply my business and marketing background as well as my leadership skills to influence a change for everyone.
