Really excited for this today!

Excited to try it out

I have 10 jv deals im using offa to close, never closed a deal before just jumped in head first. A little bit overwhelmed I have 2 walk throughs of two different properties scheduled this upcoming week. I've called all the buyers on offa and Im going to send out my listings through email to buyers and then just go down the line on my buyers list and call. Im doing all the right things I did what q told me and put my name out there to fb whole sale groups didn't expect to have such an influx of deals right off the bat. Going to work my butt off to close them all in the next two weeks. Im sure ill stumble along the way but im confident after I push myself through these deals ill have the knowledge to be able to close deals without any hesitation.
