PLB Investments LLC fun fact. I really felt discouraged when I started wholesaling about 4-5 years ago from 2021 to now and seen that the industry was plagued with "Black Hatters" or AKA bad wholesalers of real estate and course giving GURUS who charged too much.

So I decided it was a time for me to apply my business and marketing background as well as my leadership skills to influence a change for everyone. I wanted to make it easier for beginners to make a way into real estate through a strategy that I titled "Low-Entry/High-Return", based on using free tools and resources that offer results before making any type of investments and taking that risk or leap into doing real estate full-time. Specifically, for everyday 9-5ers who want to do it part-time then see the reality of it all.

I am happy to say that I have been able to create a deal closing system that allows for multiple people to work together who can connect with me and assign their deal to the buyers network I have made connections with over the last 4-5 years of verified buyers. Buyers that I continue to add to my network on a daily basis when I make those calls they do not have to make.

This week, now that I am creating more and more "awareness" posts that beginner wholesalers do have better options. I hope to help more wholesalers close more deals...........this small change allowed me to connect with other wholesalers offering me 7 contracts. Amazing. And now I created a website for more and more people to submit their deals to me and I think this is innovative for more people than I think.........
