1st post for review (44-45m throws)
After many years as shotputter (16m72), I want to finish my carreer as discus thrower.
This year I almost reach my old PB (48m72 in 2008) with 46m07 in june 👊
My funny goal is throwing 47m at 47 years old 😅
Here, some good throws between 44 and 45m..
