Meet day
Was a little tired since this was a duel meet after school but I still got decent marks. 128’10 then 122’ and then 128’10” again. Any advice helps! My Dad was volunteering by the ring so I was able to get good film. The throws felt good but after watching the videos I think my release and finish could use some improvement.
