Yesterday I had my last regular track meet before we get into big comp season. With my last throw, I threw something 19 feet farther than my previous PR (159'8"). Marking at 178 feet and 2 inches for a School record. Please leave anything you see that I can work to fix. Also enough to finish in first place. The top 5 finishers were all over 159+
