I have a lead in Atlanta, GA 30349.

Brother owns 50%, sister owns the other 50%.

As-is property value is $120k.. ARV for you flippers out there $220k-$230k (budgeting $50k in rehab).

Brother reached out to me and wants to sell his 50%… sister does not want to sell.

Property was inherited from their father, will was already probated 5 years ago, and now both him and his sister are on the deed with rights of survivorship.

This would be my first “partial interest” file in the state of GA, so I’m willing to partner with someone that has experience in this state and JV on the file 50/50, in exchange for your knowledge, process, and network in the state.
