We’ve been working through client personas this week, and it’s been one of those sessions where things start to click.
Every time we do this, someone realizes the same exact thing:
It’s not really a marketing problem.
Or that they need to be doing more.
It’s that they haven’t fully narrowed down who they’re talking to yet.
Once that gets clearer, the messaging shifts almost immediately.
It just gets easier… and a lot sharper.
