Made this kale salad for my family last night and they loved it! Ingredients: -1 bunch of kale -1apple -1 cup of sweet potatoes -1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds -1/3 cup of feta Dressing: Before putting on the toppings I poured olive oil and some lemon juice on the kale and massaged it and salted it! That was enough to use it as a dressing!:)
