Smoked meats
Can smoked/grilled meats fit into this plan? I've heard some say they aren't good for you. We have a pellet smoker which we use exclusively for grilling. Is this ok? What about things like smoked ham?

Try this berry smoothie! 🍓🫐 https://pin.it/2jJcLbNJM (Substitute the Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt) Recipe(adjusted): -1 cup of mixed berries -3/4 cup of coconut yogurt -1/2 cup of dairy free milk (coconut, almond, oat) or water -1 tbsp of honey -optional 1 tbsp of flaxseed -optional 1 scoop of plant based protein powder(encouraged to up protein intake!)
