•dynamic warm up and medball throws 1. 5x5 BB Bench Press 2. 5x5 BB Back Squat + 5x5 Box Jumps 3. 3x8 Plyo Push Ups 4. 3x15 DB Goblet Squat 5. 3x15 DB Kneeling Triceps Overhead Extensions 6. 3x20 ab rollouts 7. 3x10 TTB (toes to bar) •a bit of mobility at the end to cool down
