I’ve noticed some common mistakes while sparring with my fighters: 1. Leaning forward too much with your body and head 2. Letting lead hand fall down after punch 3. Doing too much movement with hands before throwing a jab.

1. Trap Bar Deadlift 3x10 2. DB Row (chest supported on bench) 3x10 3. Single leg RDL 3x10/10 4. Biceps curls 3x15 5. Hip thrusts 3x12 6. Pull ups 3x10-15 ABS: - Deadbugs with 5kg plate x20 - Deadbugs with 5kg plate x10 each leg - ATW (around the world) with 20kg plate
