Unrealized capital gains tax!
Unrealized capital gains tax is a fact in the Netherlands. From 2028 you have to pay 36% in taxes over your unrealized capital gains!
For the Dutch citizens in this group the only way to escape this theft is do what I have done and become a non Dutch tax resident and move to a tax friendly or zero tax country!
