Spritz issue

Are any of yall familiar with Spritz? I set up a spritz card 8 days ago and sent 901 usdc to it using base network. It showed it successfully went through, also shows successful on basenet. A few days ago i tried using it and was denied saying theres no funds. I logged in and sure enough, my usdc was gone. I've used their chat feature, sent the transaction hash and they said it does not appear like the receiving wallet address is from spritz so they will look into it. Has anyone else dealt with this? They said it will be Monday before they can maybe respond with an update. I'm about to throw up trying to figure out if it was something I did wrong.
