Alright … transparency guys. I’ve been in and out of jobs struggling to make this all still happen. It’s tough but I believe and won’t give up.

Just this week I got a job; but then today I was called and told I’m being removed from the Assignment with the temp agency because of a background check came back with 2 warrants. At this pace I can’t get a hand up 🙋‍♂️ to grab onto anything.

I told them that’s discrimination.., they didn’t care and gave me the excuse that it’s the contracting company that doesn’t allow warrants.

I proceeded to tell them I needed a copy of my consumer report since they accessed it.

Mind you I have opted out of Lexi’s nexus , but not the other data brokers. How are they able to still pull this information? Usually I used the registration date in the BC for background checks, but this time I was in a hurry and just put my regular born date. When I do with the other route, I’m usually good.

Any thought 💭

What course of action can I take… just pretty lost at this point. Basically stuck in the mud not able to make bigger moves without daily bread.
