what defines a good deal
Hey All, i got perhaps the most rudimentary of questions, but also one of the most opaque in our industry as it is up to opinion and levels of risk tolerance.
But what constitutes a "Good Deal" in everyone's opinion. I'm looking for specifics here, like 30% ROI after reno, 7% cap if renting?
