The middle ground of “Wholesaling, investing, fixing up”
So I’m pretty sure I’m going to hit the course on D4D and wholesaling.
Has anyone experienced buying an off market house, living it in for a bit while fixing it up, then selling it within 1.5 years? It’s kinda a hybrid of a few systems. I was thinking that would be outstanding. Has anyone done this? Downfalls?
