Sprint8: 7.0-7.5mph 30sec sprints + 2.5mph walk (fat burn) Push-ups: 30reps, 20reps and 15reps I’m going to add push-ups to most of my workouts going forward, I think it’s pretty good for my upper body strength and I just want to improve myself/get stronger in push-ups, any thoughts on adding push-ups to my workouts? Even if it’s a day where I’m not targeting those muscles in particular.
