New Year's Challenge Update
Thanks to Full Body workouts w/ and w/o dumbbells and better eating habits with portion control, I am 4.6 lbs down, my metabolism boosting, and I'm feeling better about myself. Don't give up y'all. Mix it with positive affirmations and atmosphere! 🙌 2026 is our year!! #GOALS
