Today is all about active recovery + relaxation. You showed up all week, so give your body permission to rest, reset, and recharge. ✨ Stretch it out ✨ Take a walk ✨ Drink your water ✨ Get some fresh air ✨ Do something that makes you feel GOOD Remember rest is part of the grind. Thank you for this! Lol I was so concerned about not doing my 5th day challenge today. I have a dance battle I’m participating in after work, I do walk for at least 7 hrs a day. 😊 enjoy your weekend!
