Hi coach and I’m proud of me following the nutrition plan. My biggest struggle is nutrition! Working out is the easier part. My goal before next class is bigger weights. I’m doing 17-20. I’m try 25! I hope to see all the fit fam on Friday live! Missed you Brandon yesterday….💋💪🏽💯🥰

As promised, here’s the protein I personally use 💪🏾🔥 I keep it simple and consistent , this protein helps me recover, build lean muscle, and stay on track with my nutrition without feeling heavy or bloated. I usually take it post-workout or when I need to hit my daily protein goals. Remember, protein is a tool ..pair it with consistent workouts, clean nutrition, and discipline and the results will follow. If you were in the live tonight, this is what I was talking about.
