🌸I want to do a unique way of introducing yourself. Mindfulness Introduction.🌸 🔜 [If you dont know what mindfulness is check the attachment for the information u need] 🔙 🌸I want you to observe your feelings while writing about yourself, Also observe your thoughts and dont judge about anything🌸 ➡️I've got some questions: ▶️[What is your name] ▶️[how old are you?] ▶️[What are your hobbies?] ▶️[What kind of work do you do?] ▶️[Why did u chose that kind of work?] ▶️[your 3 best characteristics] ▶️[your 3 worst charachteristics] ▶️[Do you have any life goals?] 🌸you can add and make your own story of it, even add questions, because you just wanna tell it. Don't forgett, do it with mindfulness🌸 🌸In the end of your introduction i want you to note down the feelings you noticed the most and reflect on it. [Example see attachment]🌸 🌼(Attachment will be added later on, for now you can search "What is mindfulness.")🌼 🌼This is a beta of my idea of an unique introduction where u are fully aware of introducing yourself.🌼 🌼This might be the best way to introduce yourself to others, goes way deeper🌼 🪷So what you guys think, be honest what you think of this way of introducing yourself🪷 ‼️SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO @Mike Sherratt for being such a wonderful mentor. 🌹Meaning of "Mindfulness"🌹
A Simple Definition. Mindfulness means living in the present moment. Essentially, it means being (intentionally) more aware and awake to each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in one's surroundings – with acceptance and without judgment. How to start practicing mindfulness: - Set your intention. Mindfulness requires i- intention - Identify your goals. Be clear about what you want to achieve - Start small. Set achievable goals for yourself - Find a comfortable position - Focus on your breath - Observe your thoughts - Practice regularly - Reflect on your practice. What are the benefits: Studies suggest that focusing on the present can have a positive impact on health and well-being. Mindfulness-based treatments have been shown to reduce anxiety and depression. There's also evidence that mindfulness can lower blood pressure and improve sleep. It may even help people cope with pain.
