Do you maybe have anxiety, do you feel depressed or a burn-out? then don't look furthur, because I'm all about Mindfulness. Mindfulness is basically in simple terms, "Living in the present moment." observe you thoughts aswell as your feelings, but dont judge them.
Mindfulness is verified by studies that people after 8 weeks, way less anxiety had.
Also this plays a role in your self development, so as job Interview skills. This one is mostly forgotten by most, but it is really important for your future jobs. For example the STAR methode.
This page will also provide you with the newest way of giving advice to people in way nobody has ever done. A method with 7 different stages, which i almost have finished.
So as you can see i want the best for my community, this took me 4 weeks to invent.
