What's the last lesson you learned from your kiddos?
Hey dads! I'm sure it isn't a revelation to anyone here that we as dads have just as much to learn from our kids as they have to learn from us. I was reminded of that last night, when I was trying to get my two-month old daughter back to sleep during an especially fussy night. We read books. We did songs. We did tummy time. We laid on the play mat and looked at the mobile. Everything I could think of to help her settle, but nothing seemed to work. Nothing, at least, until I brought her into the nursery, sat in the rocking chair, and just held her. It was like night and day: The fussing stopped. she snuggled in, and she went right to sleep. I think that was her reminding me that sometimes it's not about the "doing." It's about the "being." She didn't need me to do anything, she just needed me to be with her. The rest of the night was great, and I'll cherish that memory for the rest of my life. I'm curious: What's a lesson you've learned from your kids recently?

I've been working on something that I think will make Dad Strong so much smoother and I can use your help to debug and suggest features. I've been busting my behind to create a tracking app to keep all of your progress in one place. You can access it HERE, or from the first page of each workout program. What I need from you guys is to try it out for a couple of days and see if everything works as it should. Anything funny pops up please comment it here. For those of you on the Free Tier, this does give you access to the workouts and mobility work that is in the premium tier so this post wont stay up forever. Think of it as quid pro quo, I give you access, you throw some feedback my way! On the page you'll see the date, your current streak, the workout for the day, or active recovery, a section to add optional mobility work categorized by area of concern, your progress in the course videos and your daily goals that count every day. You can switch between bodyweight and kettlebell at any time without it switching your day (in case you want to switch for the day, etc.) I want your suggestions too, right now this is a local app (stored in your local drive) but i would like to eventually branch it out to the actual app store and have it take on a life of its own. It's crude now but i think with some polishing it could become pretty awesome! Thanks y'all. Stay Strong 💪
