In a world designed to control your attention, endless distraction is offered for free. But focus is not something you add; it is what remains when you remove distraction. You are human, so if you must have distractions, choose them consciously. Use them as rewards for focus. Think of it as a cheat day for fitness. A Sabbath for the mind. An embrace of your humanity while moving through a machine-built world. What distraction have you chosen to help reward your focus?

What are you expecting to take home from spending time with the CUSP Community? I believe you want an experience to take away from the Community for a full life. The CUSP experience will become a part of you being seen, heard and felt. The CUSP experience will support courage to express yourself through your Craft using systems (I will use) as proof of PLAY and living a full life outside the stress of everyday life. In 2026 I will be seen more online and especially as I develop my new songs. I have published 6 songs so far under ‘one will price’. In 2026 I have a new Artist name and 8 new songs. I will use the AMPED Artist system as proof for the community to use and help grow so all of us can turn our Art from pennies to pounds and grow a legacy from the art we create and love! It will not be about me but I will share to observe progress and provide proof that a community and shared systems can help us all grow. As a female Artist what are your 2026 plans for your art? A simple prompt for today: Look up from your screen. See another person. Say thank you. Acknowledge their effort to make the world a better place, however quietly they do it. This is how we change: safely, using respect and courage. The courage to connect. The respect that allows us to grow and support others as they grow. Change is a collective project.
